I've returned to civilization after a backpacking trip in Colorado. What did I miss the most? Indoor plumbing and electricity.
Note the picture of my 40-pound pack, which is not exactly fun to carry even for the relatively short 5 miles I hiked.
And no, that's not a typo in the subject line, but a play on words referring to Goldman's famous novel and my life working at a desk (mostly).
